Hand molded words on printed personal photographs or birth, wedding and anniversary announcements also make unique, creative gifts. Note: Your word art picture needs to be formatted according to the length and flow. Therefore, it may not be practical to have all the options you prefer. We will contact you to discuss the possibilities before production. You may phone or email your choices. Shipping info: Items shipped within the continental United States will be shipped by UPS. You will be charged for the cost of shipping plus a $5.00 handling charge. Please call for rates outside the continental USA and for expedited shipping rates. (Larger than 20X30 inch artwork may require a different shipper with differing rates.) Payment may be made by credit card. We can discuss payment arrangements and delivery times in our initial contact. Delivery generally runs about two to eight weeks after finalization of order, but can vary due to a high volume of orders received. At this time we prefer to receive credit card information by phone only. In the future we will provide credit card order on-line. Since we custom design your artwork, we need to speak with you directly. We will not share information provided to us with any company other than your credit card company. Return Policy: Please contact our office for a return authorization number. If the carton appears damaged- DO NOT OPEN IT OR ACCEPT IT. RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. |
